Night-care Routine For A Healthy, Glowing Skin

Rejuvenate Your Skin Overnight. Follow these Less-Than-20-Minutes Home Remedy For Glowing Skin

Your Skin Says It All

Taking good care of your face even after having a busy schedule all day long, is not just a habit anymore, it’s a necessity. When you take a good care of your skin for years, your skin will definitely thank you in a long run.

Night-care routine is a very essential part of the day because most of your skin problems heal naturally while you sleep. So pampering your skin a little before you sleep has a definite purpose to it.

I believe that Skincare Products easily available online or at nearby shops might initially do wonders but over the time, they steal the natural radiance and firmness of your skin. If you want to renew your dull, tired skin everyday after work and prevent it from early-aging, then Home Remedies are the best solution to it.

Follow these 5 steps, 20 minutes right before you go to bed and you’ll definitely wake up with a healthier, spotless skin.

1. Exfoliating Face Mask

You’ll need —

  • Gram Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Rose Water

All you need to do is…

  1. Mix the ingredients well & apply a fine layer on your face.
  2. Relax until the mask has dried up a little bit, not fully.
  3. After 7-8 minutes, wash off the mask gently rubbing like a scrub. It will come off easily leaving your skin soft.
  4. Pat your skin dry and move on to the next step.

2. Opening your pores to cleanse

You’ll need —

  • A bowl of hot water (not boiling)
  • A clean Face Towel

All you need to do is…

  1. Soak the face towel in hot water & squeeze out most of the water.
  2. Gently pat your face with the hot towel specially near the T-zone.
  3. Don’t rub the towel, just cover your face & press with your palm.
  4. This will open up your pores & remove puffiness under the eyes.
  5. Repeat soaking & patting for 2 minutes.

  2. Once prepared these ice cubes for at least a week, simply take out 2 ice cubes & rub them on your face & neck until they melt. Then wash off.
